Restricting Group Results

Use WHERE clause to restrict the rows that you select.

Use HAVING clause to restrict groups.

SELECT department_id, AVG(salary)

FROM employees

WHERE AVG(salary)>8000

GROUP BY department_id;

==> WHERE should be HAVING
